"Still Waiting on My Order After 3 Months"
I placed an order for a custom item back in November as a Christmas present. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info still shows it was supposed to arrive by December 14. I've reached out to customer service, but they haven't responded to my emails in weeks.
